LingoPad is a free offline dictionary for Windows.
LingoPad contains a German ↔ English dictionary; other dictionaries (Spanish, Italian, French, Japanese, Chinese, Turkish, Kurdish, Norwegian or Arabic) can be downloaded as well. How to extract: Download the installer and extract using Universal Extractor to a folder of your choice. You only need to keep the contents of the {app} folder. You should delete readme,1.txt and rename readme,2.txt to readme.txt. You should also delete unicows.pdb to save space. Launch LingoPad.exe. By default, the user interface is German. You can change that by selecting Programm, Sprache, English.
